摘    要:矿井瓦斯浓度检测对于煤矿安全生产及灾害防治具有重要意义。阐述矿井瓦斯浓度检测方法,并对瓦斯浓度检测方法进行较为详细的论述与分析,指出矿井瓦斯浓度检测存在的问题。针对存在的问题,提出了未来要提高瓦斯检测元件的性能、检测方法的灵敏性、测试结果的准确性、测试的响应速度,进一步降低测试仪器的尺寸和成本;随着智能化开采的投入,煤矿井下瓦斯浓度检测应配合智能化开采机械,形成新的检测监测系统,具有自动校准、实时监控的功能,基于以上功能实现快速预判技术,达到安全生产;基于仿生传感技术、计算机技术,以及智能化技术,研发新型的智能化仿生瓦斯传感器。

Current status and development trend of mine gas concentration detection in China

Abstract:The detection of mine gas concentration is of great significance for coal mine safety production and disaster prevention and control. The method of gas concentration detection in mine is described in detail, and the method of gas concentration detection is discussed and analyzed in detail. The problems existing in the detection of the gas concentration in the mine are pointed out. In view of the existing problems, the performance of the gas detection element, the sensitivity of the detection method, the accuracy of the test result and the response speed of the test are put forward, and the size and the cost of the test instrument are further reduced. With the input of the intelligent mining, the underground gas concentration detection of the coal mine should be matched with the intelligent mining machine to form a new detection monitoring system, which has the functions of automatic calibration and real-time monitoring, realizes the rapid pre-judgment technology based on the above functions, and achieves the safe production; and the bionic sensing technology The new intelligent bionic gas sensor is developed based on the computer technology and the intelligent technology.
