低渗油藏表活剂降压增注性能评价研究

摘    要:为提高纯17-1块低渗油藏注水开发效果,设计耐特高温表活剂,针对表活剂油水界面张力、注入速度、段塞大小及不同渗透率岩心对表活剂降压增注效果的影响进行室内驱替实验研究,并利用多元非线性回归得出上述因素对降压率的影响程度.研究表明,降压率随界面张力及注入速度的增大而减小,随段塞及渗透率的增大而增大;1#表活剂对降压率的影响程度大小依次为渗透率、段塞长度、界面张力、注入速度;2#表活剂对降压率的影响程度大小依次为渗透率、注入速度、段塞长度、界面张力.研究结果可为低渗油藏表活剂驱注入参数的优选提供有力依据.

Abstract:In order to improve the development effect of low permeability reservoir with water-injection, an extreme-temperature surfactant is designed. A series of core displacement experiments are conducted in 4 aspects as to oil-water interfacial tension, injection rate, slug size and different permeability cores to study the performance of reducing injection pressure and increasing injection by surfactant. The effect degree of these factors to decompression rate is obtained by multivariate nonlinear regression method. It is shown that, firstly, decompression rate decreasing with the increase of interfacial tension and injection rate, increasing with the increase of slugs and permeability. Secondly, the influence degree of 1# surfactant on decompression rate is in the order of permeability, slugs, interfacial tension, and injection rate. Nevertheless, for 2# surfactant, the order is permeability, injection rate, slugs, and interfacial tension. The results provide a powerful guidance for parameters optimization of the development of low permeability reservoir.
