基于电阻变化的钢索服役状态监测方法

摘    要:钢索承受环境和载荷双重作用,其服役行为呈现复杂性和不确定性。控制钢索破断的是裂纹尖端应力,剩余强度会随着钢索服役有一定程度的下降。为了有效评价钢索的安全,提出一种基于电阻变化的钢索服役状态监测方法,通过监测电阻的变化,预判钢索的剩余承载力,判断钢索的服役状态。以服役23年的重庆李家沱长江大桥拆换的两段钢索中的钢丝为实验对象,建立了电阻变化和剩余强度、截面削弱的相关关系,以此判断钢索的剩余承载力。

Abstract:The cable is subjected to both environmental and load effects, and its service behavior presents complexity and uncertainty.The cable breaking is due to the crack tip stress, and the residual strength will decrease to some extent with the service of the cable.In order to effectively evaluate the safety of steel cables, a method for monitoring the service state of steel cables based on resistance change is proposed. By monitoring the change of resistance, the residual bearing capacity of the cable is predicted and the service state of the cable is judged.Taking the steel wire in the two sections of steel cables that were replaced by Chongqing Lijiatuo Yangtze River Bridge for 23 years as the experimental object, the correlation between resistance change and residual strength ,section weakening are established to judge the residual bearing capacity of the cable.
