摘    要:摘 要 系统研究了橡胶粒径和掺量对橡胶砂浆力学性能的影响,橡胶等体积替代砂子比例为20%、40%、60%,橡胶粒径分别为5~20 目、20~40 目、60~80 目。研究结果表明,橡胶砂浆抗压强度和抗折强度均随橡胶掺量的增大而降低,随橡胶粒径的减小而提高。优选橡胶粒径为60~80 目时,具有20%,40%和60%橡胶掺量的橡胶砂浆抗压强度分别降低21.6%,43.3%和55.8%,抗折强度分别降低14.9%,29.4%和33.8%。另外,橡胶掺量越大,粒径越小,则橡胶砂浆折压比越大,韧性越好。该项研究对促进废弃橡胶的规模化应用,提高混凝土的韧性,具有重要的理论和实用价值。

Abstract:Abstract] The effect of rubber particle size and content on mechanical properties of rubber mortar was studied systematically.Rubber and other volume replacement sand ratio of 20%, 40%, 60%, rubber particle size is 5~20, 20~40, 60~80 mesh.The results show that the compressive strength and flexural resistance of rubber mortar decrease with the increase of rubber content, and increase with the decrease of rubber particle size.When the rubber diameter is 60~80 mesh, the compressive strength of rubber mortar with 20%, 40% and 60% rubber content is reduced by 21.6%, 43.3% and 55.8% respectively, and the flexural strength decreases 14.9%, 29.4% and 33.8% respectively.In addition, the larger the rubber content and the smaller the particle size, the greater the compression ratio of rubber mortar, the better the toughness.The study has important theoretical and practical value in promoting the large-scale application of waste rubber and improving the toughness of the concrete.
