急刹车情况下汽车防抱死制动性能影响因子分析

摘    要:采用传统方法对急刹车情况下汽车防抱死制动性能进行研究时,通常将车轮转速作为影响因子确定车轮转速阈值,效率不高。提出一种新的汽车防抱死制动性能影响因子,通过对制动器摩擦力矩所需的力、地面制动力、地面附着力等进行分析,完成急刹车情况下汽车防抱死制动过程中受力分析。通过对急刹车情况下汽车防抱死制动过程中车轮滑动程度、滑移率和轮胎侧偏角等进行分析,完成汽车防抱死制动性能影响因子分析过程。依据汽车横向稳定性、控制误差、轮胎特性变化,以及车辆运动状态和路面条件等,对汽车防抱死制动过程中滑移率和轮胎侧偏角之间的关系进行描述,实现滑移率的实时控制,保证制动过程中的附着力,提高汽车防抱死制动性能。实验结果表明,依据实际情况实时改变滑移率,保证高附着系数,对汽车防抱死制动性能有积极的影响。

Abstract:Adopt traditional method study of automobile anti-lock braking performance on the brakes, usually the wheel rotation speed as impact factors determine the wheel speed threshold, the efficiency is not high.Put forward a new automobile anti-lock braking performance influence factor, through to the brake friction torque required braking force, ground, ground adhesion is analyzed, such as complete halt cases in the process of automobile anti-lock braking force analysis.Through the brakes cases in the process of automobile anti-lock braking wheel slip, slip rate and the tire side-slip Angle analysis, such as complete automotive anti-lock braking performance impact factor analysis.Based on features of vehicle lateral stability, error control, tire changes, as well as vehicle motion state and road surface conditions, etc., in the process of automobile anti-lock braking slip rate and the relationship between the tire side-slip Angle, realize the real-time control of slip rate guarantee in the process of braking adhesion, improve automobile anti-lock braking performance.The experimental results show that the real-time change sliding rate according to the actual situation, to ensure high adhesion coefficient, have a positive impact on automobile anti-lock braking performance.
