摘    要:对力信号的高精度采集是实现力促动器系统精确控制的前提。设计了高精度力传感器信号采集系统,包括力采集模块、DSP处理模块和上位机软件。力采集模块在对力传感器信号调理后采用ADS1259芯片实现了模数转换过程;DSP处理模块读取ADC输出的数字信号并与上位机通信;上位机软件使用Python设计,实现了对数字信号的处理与显示。经过测试,该系统采集误差小于0.1 m V,采集数据波动小于20μV,可以为力促动器系统的闭环控制提供依据。

Abstract:High precision acquisition of force signal is the precondition to achieve precise control of the force actuator system. High precision force sensor signal acquisition system is designed, Including force signal acquisition module, DSP processing module and PC software. After conditioning of force sensor signal, Acquisition module using ADS1259 chip realizes analog to digital conversion process; DSP processing module reads the digital signal from the ADC output and communicates with PC; PC software is designed using python language, realize the digital signal processing and display. After testing, the system acquisition error less than 0.1mv, acquisition data fluctuation is less than 20uV, can provide the proof for closed-loop control of force autuator system.
