PET/AlOOH纳米复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:为了提高PET的阻燃性能.用原位聚合的方法制备出PET/AlOOH纳米复合材料.对纳米复合材料做了TEM,TGCONE和SEM的测试.结果显示:PET/AlOOH是纳米复合材料;其活化能比纯PET要高;纳米复合材料的热释放速率和生烟速率都明显的比纯PET低很多.因此,PET/AlOOH纳米复合材料具有很好的热稳定性和阻燃性能.

Abstract:PET/AlOOH nanocomposites have been synthesized via the in-itu method in order to improve the flame-retardancy of PET.The PET/AlOOH nanocomposites were studied by TEM,TG,CONE and SEM.The results showred that the PET/AlOOH composites were nano.level,the value of activation energy of PET/AlOOH nano-composites was higher than the pure one.the heat release rate(HRR)of PET/AlOOH nanocomposites were distinctly lower than that of the pure one;the production of smoke Was also lower than that of the pure one.So the PET/AlOOH nanocomposites had excellent thermal stability and flame-retardancy.
