摘    要:LNG接收站的主要环境风险为介质污染,通过构建LNG接收站环境风险评估体系,从规划建设、周边环境、功能分区、运营管理、应急处置等5个维度筛选23项指标因素,运用G1模型为各项指标赋权,建立LNG接收站环境风险综合指数计算模型和评估准则。以广东省某LNG接收站为例,评估结果表明总体环境风险为一般等级,LNG储罐区环境风险达到较大等级,验证了本研究提出的LNG接收站环境风险评估体系及其计算模型具有较好的可操作性和有效性。

Abstract:The main environmental risk of LNG terminal is identified as medium pollution. Through establishing the environmental risk assessment system of LNG terminal, 23 indicator factors are selected from 5 dimensions of construction planning, surrounding environment, function division, operation management, and emergency disposal. To quantitatively evaluate the environmental risk, G1 model is applied to calculate the classification weight for indicators. On this basis, this study establishes the calculation model and assessment criteria of comprehensive indicator for LNG terminal. Then taking an LNG terminal in Guangdong Province as example, results show that the environment risk of overall LNG terminal is general level and LNG storage tank area is lager level. It verifies that the proposed environmental risk assessment system and the relevant calculation models of LNG terminal are operational and effective.
