刚性悬索加劲钢桁梁桥特殊节点模型试验设计与有限元分析

摘    要:刚性悬索加劲钢桁梁桥是一种新型的桥梁结构形式,其刚性悬索与桁梁上弦杆的连接处-特殊节点是其中最关键的部位.结合东莞市东江大桥,应用Midas/Civil有限元软件对其特殊节点S25进行了有限元分析,得到了在最大荷载情况下特殊节点的应力云图,并与之前进行的大比例尺模型试验所测得的整体节点应力分布规律进行比较,从而证明了特殊节点构造设计的合理性,并对特殊节点的性能给出了总的评价.

Abstract:Rigid suspension stiffed steel truss bridge is a new structural style.The connection of Rigid suspension and upper chord which called special joint is the entire structure's most important part.General purpose finite element software Midas/Civil is used to calculate the theoretical stress value on special joint S25 of Dongjiang bridge in Dongguan City which is the first rigid suspension stiffed steel truss bridge in China.Compared with the data obtained from a 1/2 scale model test,the computed stress state closely followed the measured values and tendencies.These results show that the constructed FE model is eflqcient for bridge design.Both computed results and test results verified that this new connection is safe and reliable.
