钻井液中天然气水合物生成影响因素研究

摘    要:深水钻井中,极易在钻井液中生成天然气水合物,给深水钻井带来极大的危害。利用研发的钻井液中天然气水合物形成抑制试验装置,系统的研究了钻井液中天然气水合物生成过程及其影响因素。研究表明天然气水合物最先于气液界面处生成;随着搅拌速率的增大,天然气水合物生成速度加快;在钻井液处理剂中,Na Cl可有效延缓天然气水合物生成时间,聚合醇、聚胺次之,膨润土、PAC-LV、XC、SPNH等无明显抑制效果;天然气组分也对天然气水合物生成产生重要的影响,对于烷烃来说,分子量越大,越易于生成天然气水合物。

Abstract:In deepwater drilling,the low temperature and high pressure favors hydrate formation in drilling fluid,which can bring great harm to deepwater drilling. A lot of work has been studied based on the developmet of gas hydrate formation and inhibition test device in deepwater drilling fluid.Research results shown that natural gas hydrate firstly formed in the gas-liquid interface;hydrate is more likely to form with the increase of stirring speed; sodium chloride can effectively inhibite the formation of gas hydrate in deepwater drilling fluid, polymeric alcohol and polyamine can delay the time of natural gas hydrate formation. Bentonite,PAC-LV,XC,SPNH has no obvious inhibition effect on the formation of gas hydrate.Gas components has important effect on natural gas hydrate formation, for alkanes, the larger the molecular weight, the easier for the gas hydrate to form.
