| 摘 要： | 从政府绩效的基本概念出发,根据指标体系构建原则,研究建立了一个衡量政府绩效水平的多层次指标体系,并在此基础上通过层次分析方法确定指标权重,用模糊理论进行综合评价,建立了基于模糊综合评价的地方政府评估模型.

| Abstract: | Based on the basic concept of government performance, the indicator system of local government performance according to the principle of indicator system construction is established. On the basis of determining the indicator proportion and using fuzzy theory to evaluate comprehensively, it also established the local government performance evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. |
