摘    要:电容式型砂水分传感器的温度补偿算法是一个要求运算精度很高的算法,尤其是水分在4%以上时,运算精度要求更高.按照二元二次曲面的最小二乘法拟合,虽然全局的总误差达到最小;但在局部却会造成难以接受的运算误差.采用三角形面插值方法,较好的解决了这个问题.

Abstract:High operational precision in temperature compensation for capacitance sensor of green sand moisture is required especially when the content of moisture is more than 4%.According to least squares technique of quadratic fit,the ultant error can be reduced to the least but also create unbelievable operational error is occurred in some specific area.This problem is well solved by using the gore interpolation.
