重度雾霾天气环境下运动对人体心肺机能的影响

摘    要:研究重度雾霾天气环境下运动对人体心肺机能的影响。在雾霾严重区域采样监测点周围任意选择20名经常参加体育锻炼的常住居民作为重度污染运动组,选择20名不经常参加体育锻炼的常住居民作为重度污染对照组,在空气质量好的城区采样监测点周围任意选择20名不经常参加体育锻炼的常住居民低污染对照组,除重度污染运动需运动外,其他两组不运动。重度污染运动组体成分指标均显著优于高度污染对照组(P0.5)。重度污染运动组安静心率、脉搏压、心功指数和低污染对照组相比有显著性差异(P0.05),和重度污染对照组相比存在非常显著性差异(P0.01);收缩压显著高于重度污染对照组(P0.05)。重度污染运动组EDV、MVCF显著高于低污染对照组(P0.05),EDV显著高于重度污染对照组,MVCF非常显著高于重度污染对照组;MSER显著低于低污染对照组(P0.05);重度污染运动组每搏输出量和心率非常显著性高于重度污染对照组(P0.01),与低污染运动组无显著性差异;重度污染运动组射血分数非常显著性高于重度污染对照组(P0.01),显著高于低污染对照组(P0.05)。重度污染运动组运动后FVC、FEV1、FEF25%~75%、FEF、MVV与重度污染对照组相比具有显著性差异(P0.01),其他均无显著性差异。重度雾霾天气环境下运动对人体心肺机能具有积极的影响。

Abstract:objective: to study the heavy fog weather environment movement new lung function to the human body.Methods: in the fog haze around an arbitrary choice of serious area sampling monitoring 20 residents often take part in physical exercise as severe pollution campaign group, select 20 often do not take part in physical exercise permanent residents as high levels of pollution control, around the city air quality good sampling monitoring select 20 often do not take part in physical exercise permanent residents of the low pollution control, in addition to the severe pollution to movement, the two other groups don''t exercise.Conclusion: severe pollution exercise group body composition index were significantly superior to high pollution control group (P < 0.5).Severe pollution campaign group quiet heart rate, pulse pressure, cardiac function index and low pollution control group compared with significant difference (P < 0.05), and high levels of pollution control is very significant difference (P < 0.01);Systolic blood pressure severe pollution is significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05).Severe pollution exercise group EDV, MVCF low pollution is significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05), EDV severe pollution is significantly higher than control group, MVCF very severe pollution is significantly higher than control group;MSER significantly lower than low pollution control group (P < 0.05);Severe pollution campaign group each cardiac output and heart rate very significantly higher than that of high levels of pollution control group (P < 0.01), and low pollution exercise group there was no significant difference;Severe pollution exercise group ejection fraction is significantly higher than that of heavy pollution control group (P < 0.01), low pollution is significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05).Severe pollution exercise group exercise after FVC, FEV1, FEF25 % ~ 75%, the FEF, MVV is very significant difference compared with high levels of pollution control group (P < 0.01), the other had no significant difference.Conclusion: heavy fog weather environment movement new lung function has a positive impact to the human body.
