摘    要:采用NaOH对污泥进行改性;并通过Zeta电位、扫描电子显微镜和红外光谱等手段来考察改性前后污泥性质的改变。结果发现污泥在经NaOH处理后,电负性得到增强,孔隙结构减少,空间网状的絮凝体结构被破坏,亲水性官能团减少。对比成浆实验发现,污泥水煤浆的定黏浓度为61.75%,而改性污泥水煤浆的定黏浓度则可以提高到65.02%,且具有更好的流变特性。

Abstract:NaOH was applied as an alkaline modifier for municipal sludge. The different characteristics of sludge before/after modifying were studied by testing Zeta potentials, SEM pictures and infrared spectroscopy. The results shown that the electronegativity of modified sludge was enhanced. Pore structures and flocs networks were both destroyed with hydrophilic functional groups decreasing. Comparing slurrying experiments, the fixed-viscosity concentration of coal sludge slurry was 61.75%, while that of modified-sludge was increased to 65.02%. Additionally, coal modified-sludge slurry had better rheological behavior than coal sludge slurry.
