稠油掺稀降粘技术研究进展

摘    要:掺稀降黏是实现稠油、超稠油开采的重要井筒降黏工艺。基于对塔河油田稠油掺稀降黏工艺的研究和文献调研,综述了稀稠油配伍性、掺稀比、掺稀温度、掺稀深度等工艺条件对稠油的降黏效果的影响,对掺稀降黏工艺下一步发展进行了展望。深入认识掺稀降黏工艺,为保障现场生产和提升开采效益提供了有益借鉴。

Abstract:Reduce the viscosity of heavy oil is achieved by blending light, super important wellbore viscosity of heavy oil recovery process. Based on the Tahe oilfield studies and the literature research, this paper analyses the compatibility of light oil and heavy oil, mixing light oil ratio, mixing light process conditions such as temperature, mixing light depth effect on viscosity-reducing effect. In addition, the future development direction was summed up. Deep research in thick oil mix thinly fall sticks viscosity-reducing technology are important for on-site production and enhance the efficiency of heavy oil reservoirs.
