摘    要:针对目前飞行程序减噪设计的需要,研究了民机的航迹特征,选取了声暴露级(SEL)作为单个事件的飞机噪声评价指标,并在研究飞行程序特点的基础上,结合飞机噪声性能(ANP)数据库和NPD噪声计算方法,建立了一套基于航迹特征的离场飞行程序噪声预测方法。以某民用机场的离场程序为例,绘制出噪声等值线图,验证了方法的可行性。实例证明,该方法可以量化预测飞行程序的噪声影响,规范了飞行程序噪声预测的方法,可以为减噪飞行程序设计提供参考。

Abstract:In order to meet the design of flight procedures based on noise abatement, characteristics of civil aircraft trajectory are studied. The Sound Exposure Level (SEL) as a single event aircraft noise evaluation is selected. With the study of flight procedures based on the characteristics, combined with the aircraft noise performance (ANP) database and the formulas of NPD noise calculation, the noise prediction method of departure flight procedures based on characteristics of trajectory is established. Taking a civilian airport departure procedure as an example, it drew a noise contour map. The feasibility of the method is verified by experimenting on departure procedures of a civilian airport with drawing a noise contour map. The result of the experiment shows that this method can quantify prediction noise of flight procedures and also standardized flight procedures noise prediction methods. The method can provide a reference for the design of flight procedures based on noise abatement.
