橡胶粉改性沥青感温性能研究

摘    要:在分析胶粉改性沥青机理的基础上,通过改变胶粉掺量、细度及制备温度,分析改性沥青软化点变化情况,研究胶粉改性沥青的感温性能。研究表明:胶粉掺量越多,改性沥青针入度越大,胶粉细度越细,改性沥青针入度越大,制备温度越低,改性沥青针入度越小;合适的胶粉掺量、胶粉细度及制备温度,改性沥青能够取得良好的感温性能。

Abstract:On the analysis of the mechanism of rubber modified asphalt, softening point of rubber modified asphalt were analyzed by changing the dosage, fineness and preparation temperature. And the temperature sensitivity of rubber modified asphalt was also discussed. Research shows that: the more powder dosage and more granular, the higher penetration it gets, while penetration is lower when the preparation temperature gets down. Above all, rubber modified asphalt can obtain the best temperature sensitivity if suitable dosages, particles and preparation temperature were provided.
