| 摘 要： | 为对混合料的数值化试样进行间接拉伸数值化测试,采用X-CT(X-ray Computerized Tomography)扫描混合料试件,分别计算出集料、沥青、空隙的体积组成,建立了试样的三维可视化模型;采用自行编写的程序,实现了由三维可视化模型向三维数值化模型的转化,建立了基于实际试样真实内部微细观分布的数值化试样,并对其进行间接拉伸测试模拟。引入应力集中因子指标对各种应力状态进行评价,实际应力分布结果与弹性理论解结果进行对比。结果表明:该模型能有效反映试样的三维分布状态,由于集料和空隙分布的随机性和不均匀性,实际试样的最大应力分布不再服从弹性理论解的分布状态,空隙的存在同样对混合料的力学性能起着非常重要影响。
