汽车散热器的性能分析及翅片结构优化

摘    要:运用CFD方法对某型汽车管带式百叶窗散热器进行性能分析及翅片结构优化,建立某型汽车散热器单周期翅片组模型并对其进行不同风速工况下的三维模拟计算。基于计算结果设置某型散热器多孔介质的物性参数,将该散热器仿真计算结果与试验结果进行对比,验证该方法的可行性。通过综合性能评价因子j/f~(1/3)研究并找出本次研究百叶窗翅片中,综合性能最佳的翅片,利用上诉方法计算最佳结构翅片整体散热器的换热特性和阻力特性。研究结果表明:多孔介质模型计算结果与试验结果比较吻合,验证了这种散热器研究方法的可行性。本次研究百叶窗翅片结构中综合性能最佳的翅片结构是间距2.4 mm,开窗角度27°。

Abstract:This study using CFD methods for a certain type of automobile radiator pipe with blinds fin structure for performance analysis and optimization, to establish a certain type of automobile radiator fins set single-cycle model and its three-dimensional simulation of different wind conditions based on the results of the calculation set physical parameters of a heat sink of the porous medium, the radiator simulation results and experimental results were compared, the feasibility of the method validation. Through comprehensive performance evaluation factor j / f1 / 3 study and find out this study louver fins, fin the best overall performance, the use of method of calculating the optimum structure Appeal overall finned radiator heat transfer characteristics and resistance characteristics. The results show that: the porous medium model results agree well with the experimental results verify the feasibility of the radiator research methods. This study louver fin structure in the best overall performance of the fin structure is the pitch of 2.4mm, the window angle 27 °.
