某轿车转向瞬态响应特性仿真分析

摘    要:根据某型轿车的数模及整车参数,确定了该车拓扑结构,在ADAMS/Car软件中建立了整车虚拟样机模型。参照国标中的转向瞬态响应实车试验方法,在转向盘转角阶跃输入和转向盘转角脉冲输入下,对整车瞬态响应特性进行了虚拟仿真。通过分析仿真结果,预测了该车的转向瞬态响应特性。可知该车在阶跃输入下瞬态响应较好,在脉冲输入下瞬态响应欠佳,可为实车试验及此类问题的设计研究提供参考。并进一步仿真得出了稳态横摆角速度增益的变化曲线,表明该车具有轻微不足转向特性。

Abstract:According to the numerical model and vehicle parameters, the topology of the whole vehicle is defined,besides,the virtual prototype of a full vehicle is established by using ADAMS/Car software as well. Referring to the national standard of the steering transient response tests,the simulation tests,including steering wheel angle step input and steering wheel angle pulse input, for the entire vehicle are performed.Meanwhile the virtual evaluation is undertaken for the simulation results,and transient response performance is foretasted.We can see that the transient response performance under angle step input is very well and it must be improved under angle pulse input, which provides some reference to vehicle field test and the analysis of transient response performance .Furthermore, the yaw velocity gain curve of steady state value which presents that the vehicle has a slight understeer characteristics is obtained from the further simulation.
