兰坪虫草镇痛作用研究

摘    要:虫草来源多肽的镇痛作用无成瘾性,因而备受关注。兰坪虫草是新近发现的冬虫夏草近缘种,具有较高药用价值。采用小鼠醋酸扭体法模拟试验,分析了野生兰坪虫草、兰坪被毛孢发酵培养物及其不同极性提取部位的镇痛作用。结果表明:与生理盐水比较,野生兰坪虫草和兰坪被毛孢发酵培养物都能显著抑制因冰醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应,兰坪被毛孢发酵培养物的镇痛效果较好,与阳性对照罗通定的效果更相近。兰坪被毛孢发酵培养物不同极性部分提取物(石油醚部分、乙酸乙酯部分、无水乙醇部分和水提部分)对外周性疼痛都有不同程度的镇痛效果,但单一极性部分的镇痛效果(30.50%~48.96%)都比兰坪被毛孢发酵培养物的效果(84.15%)差得多,说明不同极性部分的成分需要组合起来才能更好地发挥镇痛效果。本研究结果将为兰坪虫草的药用价值研究奠定基础,为兰坪虫草的开发利用提供参考。

Study on the analgesia effect of Ophiocordyceps lanpingensis H Yu ZH Chen
Abstract:The analgesic effect of cordyceps polypeptide is non-addictive and motivatesSaSwideSinterest. Ophiocordycep lanpingensis H. Yu Z. H. Chen is a newly found closely related species of O. sinensis (Berk.) G.H.Sung, J.M. Sung, Hywel-Jones Spatafora and has high medicinal value. This study analyzed the analgesic effect of wild O. lanpingensis, the fermentative substance of Hirsutella lanpingensis and its extracts fromSdifferentSpolarSparts. The results showed that compared with saline, both wild O. lanpingensis and the fermentative substance of H. lanpingensis could significantly inhibited the torsion reaction in mice caused by glacial acetic acid, and the latter had better effect, more closing to the positive control rotundine. The extracts fromSdifferentSpolarSparts (the extraction parts respectively from petroleumSether, ethylSacetate, anhydrousSethanolSand water) had different analgesia effect. However, the analgesia effect of any single polarity part was far weaker than the effect of the fermentative substance of H. lanpingensis, suggesting that the extracts from different polar parts needed to combine to play a better analgesic effect. The study would lay a foundation for the medicinal value research of O. lanpingensis and provid reference for the development and utilization of O. lanpingensis.
