摘    要:泡沫铝及其复合材料具有质量轻、比强度高、比刚度高和功能可设计性等优点,在轻质防护领域具有广泛的应用。为全面了解泡沫铝夹芯材料在爆炸与冲击侵彻载荷作用下的毁伤机理和防护性能,概述了泡沫铝及夹芯复合材料的制备方法和应用,从理论研究、实验研究和数值研究三方面介绍了泡沫铝夹芯复合材料的抗爆抗侵彻性能,重点讨论了泡沫铝自身结构、夹板材质和组合方式等因素对材料毁伤机理和防护性能的影响。结合实际应用,指出当前研究工作中存在的不足,并提出有待进一步研究的方向。

Research Advances in the anti-explosion and anti-penetration performance of sandwich material with aluminum foam core
Abstract:Aluminum foam and its composite materials have a wide range of applications because of its advantages of light weight, high specific strength, high specific stiffness and function design in the field of light protection. In order to investigate the damage mechanism and protective performance of sandwich material with aluminum foam core under the loading of explosion and penetration comprehensively, the preparation and application of aluminum foam material were summarized in this paper, as well as the anti-explosion and anti-penetration performance in theoretical, experimental and numerical research. The influence of structure, plate material and combination on damage mechanism and protective performance were studied. The deficiency existing in current research work was pointed out combined with practical application, and some further research work was proposed.
