| 摘 要： | 为观察将快速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS)理念运用于骨质疏松性椎体骨折围手术期的临床应用及效果,以2019年l月—2020年6月期间60例骨质疏松性胸腰椎体骨折病人为研究对象,采用经皮椎体成形术,配合快速康复理念措施治疗及护理。收集手术治疗前后的目测类比疼痛评分(visual-analog-scale, VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index, ODI)评分、伤椎椎体高度及患者满意度数据进行分析。结果显示术后骨折椎体高度显著大于术前(P0.05),而术后VAS评分、ODI指数均显著低于术前(P0.05);患者满意度大幅提高。可见骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折快速康复治疗能有效缓解疼痛,稳定脊柱椎体力线,减少并发症,提高满意度,值得推广。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical application and effect of the enhanced recovery after surgery ( ERAS) in the perioperative period of osteoporotic vertebral fractures, 60 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fractures from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.SPercutaneous vertebroplasty, combined with rapid recovery concept and nursing measures. |
