水和水蒸气对钙基吸收剂脱硫性能影响的研究

摘    要:在半干法烟气脱硫试验中,分别就水和水蒸气对钙基吸收剂脱硫性能的影响进行了对比研究。从化学反应热力学及反应动力学分析可知,与液态水活化钙基吸收剂相比,水蒸汽活化后吸收剂的脱硫性能有了比较明显地提高,吸收剂的失效时间和利用率都有所提高。钙基吸收剂的利用率随着水分含量的增加而变大,当烟气含湿量为20%时,水蒸气活化下,吸收剂的利用率可达到20%左右,比液态水的活化高10%。

Abstract:In the experiment of semi-dry flue gas desulfurization,the effect of water and steam on desulphurization capability of calcium sorbent.are compared and investigated Analysed from chemical reaction thermodynamics and kinetics of reaction,comparing with liquid water,the desulphurization capability of sorbent was improved under the steam reactivation.The using rate of calcium sorbent was improve with the content of water increased.With the steam reactivation,while the humidity of gas was 20%,the using rate of calcium sorbent was about 20%.It was 10 percent more than the liquid water reactivation.
