摘    要:对于低粘稠油,冷采降粘技术是最主要的采油方法之一。本工作利用硅羟基与聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐间的酯化反应,对亲水性膨润土颗粒进行了疏水改性,制备了具有较高两亲性的膨润土微米颗粒HMBent。粘土自 身固有的双电层结构、高热稳定性及补强性能使HMBent稳定的乳液具有较强耐盐性、耐温性及抗剪切性。同时,增强的表面活性使HMBent驱替液具有更高的乳化能力及机械性能,从而有效提升了驱替液的降粘效果和驱油效率,其降粘率和原油采收率分别达97.35%及73.6%。

Abstract:Cold production-viscosity reduction technology is one of the dominant recovery ways for heavy oil with low viscosity. In this work, an amphipathic bentonite HMBent was synthesized by hydrophobic modification from the esterification reaction of silicon hydroxyl and polyethylene-graft-maleic anhydride. The inherent electric double layer structure, high thermostability and distinguished reinforcing performance of HMBent endowed the O/W emulsion with largely strengthened salt tolerance, thermal tolerance and shear resistance. Simultaneously, surfactivity-enhanced HMBent made the flooding fluid be of emulsifying ability and mechanical robustness, thus improving viscosity-reducing and displacing efficiency, also with the viscosity reduction ratio and oil recovery up to 97.35% and 73.6% respectively.
