摘    要:劣质煤的燃烧所产生的灰分不仅带来工业窑炉本身的清洁问题,而且使其余热锅炉在利用尾部烟气的同时受热面积灰严重.应用适合的除灰技术,减小吹灰开支,保证良好的除灰效果,就要选择必要的除灰手段.云南驰宏锌锗股份有限公司锌厂109㎡沸腾焙烧炉系统余热锅炉,将原有的蒸汽吹灰装置经改造后,置换成以乙炔为燃气的高能脉冲爆破除灰装置,效果明显.
