骨料级配对相变沥青混合料性能的影响

摘    要:相变沥青混合料是一种可以调节沥青混凝土路面温度的新型功能性路面材料,其中,沥青混合料骨料级配对相变沥青混合料的路用性能和调温性能有何影响值得深入研究。本文选择两种复合定型相变材料(CPCM)石蜡/膨胀石墨/高密度聚乙烯(简称为PHDP)和道路温度调节材料(简称为DTC)两种相变材料,首先利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)试验,对CPCMs与沥青之间的反应进行了定性分析。其次,分别制备级配类型为AC-16与AC-20的相变沥青混合料,通过路用性能试验和调温试验评价不同骨料级配对相变沥青混合料路用性能与调温效果影响影响。结果表明,两种CPCM与沥青之间均为物理反应;相比级配类型AC-16,AC-20可以显著提高含PHDP的相变沥青混合料的路用性能与调温效果,但是对于含DTC的相变沥青混合料的改善效果不显著。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different asphalt mix grading types on the performance of latent heat-type asphalt mixes. In this paper, Fourier infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy was used to characterize the composite-shaped phase change materials (CPCM) and asphalt; two types of PCMs, paraffin/expanded graphite/high-density polyethylene composite PCM (PHDP) and solid-solid PCM (DTC), were used to prepare latent heat asphalt mixes with grade types AC-16 and AC-20, respectively. The effects of different grading types on the road performance and temperature regulation of latent heat asphalt mixtures were evaluated by road performance tests and temperature regulation tests. The results showed that both PCMs reacted physically with asphalt; Compared with the grading type AC-16, the AC-20 significantly improved the road performance and temperature regulation of PHDP containing latent heat asphalt mixes, but the improvement was not significant for DTC containing latent heat asphalt mixes.
