船载测控雷达传动减速箱的动力学建模与仿真研究

摘    要:本文针对船载测控雷达传动减速箱的结构特点,在建立传动减速箱动力学模型的基础上,分析研究了传动减速箱的典型故障模式,建立了行星齿轮典型故障模型并进行了数值仿真,提出了面向故障检测与预测的故障特征,并在分析行星减速箱齿根裂纹故障机理的基础上,针对不同尺度和转速下的疲劳裂纹进行了静态和动态分析,为船载测控雷达天线结构的状态监测、故障诊断与预测提供理论依据。

Abstract:The speed-down gear case is a critical component of the Shipborne TT&C radar’s antenna.According the structural features of the reduction gear case and based on the building of the dynamical model of the speed-down gear case,the typical fault type of the reduction gear case was analysed,planetary gear typical fault model was built and numerical simulation was performed,and the facing fault detection and prediction of the fault feature were proposed.Baced on the analysis of the mechanism of the Planetary reducer’s tooth root crack fault,fatigue cracks of different measure and rotate speed are analysed statically and dynamically,and that provides a theoretical basis for state monitoring,fault diagnosis and forecasting of the Shipborne TT&C Radar’s structure.
