摘    要:关键线路辨识对预防连锁故障及大停电具有重要意义。为提高电网关键线路辨识的有效性和准确性,在N-1故障条件下,综合分析了线路断开对电网运行状态、系统负载率、线路过载、母线电压波动、系统无功潮流转移和停电事故损失负荷等造成的影响。根据电网的整体和局部特性、有功和无功潮流、母线电压和负载率等变化情况,构建了综合关键度指标,提出了一种基于综合关键度指标的电网关键线路辨识方法。以IEEE39节点系统为算例,将辨识结果与现有研究方法进行比较,验证了方法的有效性和准确性。研究可为电网规划和调度提供参考,对关键线路进行重点监控,提前制定防御措施,可减少连锁故障发生和提高电力系统稳定性。

Abstract:Critical lines identification is of great practical significance for preventing cascading failures and large blackouts. To improve the recognition of the validity and accuracy, under the condition of n-1 failure, the effect of line disconnection on running state of the power grid, load rate of the system, overload level of the line, voltage fluctuation of the busbar, reactive power current transfer of the system and power loss of blackouts are analyzed. According to the overall and local characteristics, the active and reactive power current, the bus voltage and load rate of the power grid, an identification method of the critical lines in grid based on comprehensive critical degree is proposed and comprehensive critical degree index is constructed. By IEEE39-bus system as example, the results verify the validity and accuracy of the proposed method in comparison with the existing research methods. This research can provide reference for power planning and dispatching, to focus on monitoring critical lines, and put forward corresponding defensive measures to reduce the occurrence of cascading failure and improve the stability of power system.
