| 摘 要： | 对自卸车T式举升机构进行理论分析与数学建模,推导出举升机构的几何方程与静力学方程,建立了以举升机构初始时的机构各铰点坐标值为设计变量,以最大举升力最优为目标函数的数学模型,综合考虑机构的几何约束与运动约束,并以MATLAB仿真软件为工具,对所建立的数学模型进行最优化仿真研究.

| Abstract: | his thesis makes the theoretical analysis and mathematic model towards the lifting mechanism of the dump truck. The geometric equation and force equilibrium equation of the link lifting mechanism of the dump truck are derived. Taking the minimum lifting force as the objective functions, with geometry and motion constrains considered, a parametric optimization model of the lifting mechanism is developed. It simulates the mathematic model in the optimal way with the MATLAB software. |
