以锡业股份为例从资源角度探寻公司股价表现的实证研究

对于资源型的上市公司,其资源储量、资源价格对公司股价的影响至关重要。国际金融危机后,中国资本市场的低成本优势得到体现,中国企业有了到海外收购的优势和冲动。选取了锡业股份作为实证研究的对象,建立了多元对数线性模型,对2000年7月到2008年5月的公司数据进行了实证分析,得出了资源储量、资源价格对公司股价影响的敏感性,并对影响机制进行了分析。
