碳酸钙改性硅藻土处理酸性染料废水的研究

摘    要:用酸性红GR染料溶液模拟染料废水,研究碳酸钙改性硅藻土处理酸性染料废水的效果。实验研究了硅藻土中碳酸钙的含量、改性硅藻土的投入量、酸性红染料废水的初始浓度以及吸附时间对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明:在初始浓度为0.2 g/L的酸性红GR染料废水中,加入40 g/L含有1.5%的碳酸钙的改性硅藻土吸附40 min后能达到最佳的处理效果,此时的脱色率达到了95.01%,COD去除率可达65.43%。

Abstract:The effictiveness of acid-dye waste water treated by CaCO3 modified diatomite was investigated in this paper, the acid-dye waste water was simulated by acid red GR solution. The content of CaCO3 in diatomite, the inputs of modified diatomite, the initial concentration of acid red dye waste water, and the influence of adsorption time on treatment effect were investigated in detail. The conclusion was that: the best treatment effect was achieved when the CaCO3 content was 1.5%, the input of CaCO3 modified diatomite was 40g/L, the initial concentration of acid red dye waste water was 0.2g/L, and the adsorption time was 40min. Under the above conditions the decolorization rate can reach to 95.01%, the COD removal rate can reach to 65.43%.
