| 摘 要： | 【】：目的：研究TRPM8通道在支气管哮喘发病机制中的作用以及Menthol对哮喘小鼠气道反应性及肺组织病理学的影响。方法：观察Menthol对TRPM8野生型(+/+)和敲除型(-/-)小鼠气道反应性及肺组织病理学改变的影响。结果：Menthol可缓解肺组织病理进程,而Menthol对TRPM8-/-型哮喘小鼠无改善作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the role of TRPM8 channel in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma and the effect of Menthol on airway responsiveness and lung pathology in asthmatic mice. Methods: The effect of Menthol on wild type TRPM8 (+ / +) and knockout (-) the changes of lung tissue and airway pathological reaction. Results: Menthol could relieve the pathological process of lung tissue, but Menthol had no effect on TRPM8 - / - asthmatic mice. |
