摘    要:黑棉土是一种具有吸水急剧膨胀、软化、崩解和失水急剧收缩开裂;并能产生往复变形的膨胀土,对工程建设极为不利。当路基中含有黑棉土时,会产生膨胀变形、干缩开裂等病害。路基施工中往往采用换填黑棉土的方法不仅会造成巨大的浪费,也会对周边环境造成影响;因此应考虑对黑棉土进行改良。以埃塞俄比亚北部铁路Weldiya-Mekele段黑棉土路基工程为依托,通过一系列土工试验,对掺入机制砂改善黑棉土工程特性进行分析,为项目设计施工提出指导意见,也为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:Black cotton soil is one kind of expansive soil, with the characteristics of swelling, softening, crumbing when absorbing water and shirking and chinking when losing water as well as being able to produce reciprocating distortion and harmful engineering construction. Subgrade would face the diseases of expansive deformation and shrinkage crack when containing black oils. The common way of exchanging black cotton oil in subgrade construction would lead a lot of waste and also negative impact on surrounding environment. Hence, improvement of black cotton oil shall be considered. Based on the background of Weldiya-Mekele subgrade engineering in northern Ethiopian railway project, make a series soil tests and analyze engineering characteristics on black cotton soil with mixing manufactured sand. Finally the conclusion is used for guiding the design and construction and supply a reference for similar engineering.
