摘    要:针对电磁测量法在方位角测角范围和线性度两个方面的不足,介绍了一种采用线阵CCD传感器探测陀螺转子表面图形的非接触式光学测量方法。首先,对处于静态和动态下的位标器陀螺转子进行数学建模,推导出方位角的计算公式。其次,通过MATLAB仿真分析,确立合适的图形参数,并采用最小二乘法进行曲线拟合,以探讨传感器的线性度。最后,在DSP开发平台下搭建测量系统,并对测量误差进行了分析。实验结果表明:基于线阵CCD的位标器方位角测量系统,抗电磁干扰能力强,测量精度高,且当方位角在-30°,30°]范围内时,线性度为0.017 2。

Abstract:Electric-magnetic method for coordinator azimuth angle has a poor linearity,and the range of measurement is limited.Aimed at these shortcomings,a non-contact optical measuring method had been presented. It focused in detecting the graphics located at the surface of gyro rotor based on linear CCD.Firstly,the static model and the dynamic model of coordinator gyro rotor were established by the mathematical modeling.Moreover,the principle formula for calculating the azimuth was also given.Then,the most important pattern parameters were selected properly through the Matlab simulation,and the linearity of azimuth angle was explored by least-square method.Finally,a experiment was conducted under DSP platform,and the error was also analyzed deeply.Experimental results showed that the strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability and the high measuring accuracy were contained in the measuring system based on linear CCD.Meanwhile,the linearity reached at 0.0172 when the coordinator azimuth angle located in the range of -30°,30°]. .
