现代超级市场商品仓储配送系统自动控制实验研究

摘    要:本文针对大型超级市场,深入研究了SICK激光条码与PLC可编程控制器相结合的仓储配送系统。通过对商品条码进行扫描检测,S7-300将该条码信息读取到SFC14,再通过SFC15发送至S7-200,完成商品的自动分拣与配送。该自动控制系统能够实现商品快速、准确的分拣与配送全过程,可使顾客购物休闲心情更加愉悦,并降低劳动强度、提高经济效益和科学管理水平。

Abstract:In this paper, the hypermarket in-depth study of the Warehousing Distribution System which combined with the SICK laser bar code and the PLC programmable controller. Through testing bar code scanning of products, we use the S7-300 reads the bar code information to SFC14 then through SFC15 sent it to S7-200. In this way we can accomplish the automatic sorting and distribution of goods . The automatic control system, which can achieve fast and accurate sorting of goods and deliver the entire process of shopping , not only makes customers feel more pleasant in shopping and leisure , but also reduces labor intensity and improves economic efficiency and scientific management.
