摘    要:运用断裂力学、材料力学和系统动力学理论来研究裂纹的存在对谐波齿轮传动扭转刚度的影响.推导了考虑裂纹后各构件的柔度、刚度系数解析计算公式.给出了求解传动扭转刚度的计算方法并举例说明,这种方法简单,适合工程计算.

Abstract:The usage splits the fracture mechanics,the material mechanics and the system dynamics theories the influence of torsion stiffness of harmonic gear drive considering crack is researched. The analytic calculation formulas of flexibility and stiffness coefficient on each member considering crack are deduced.The solution calculation methods of torsion stiffness are given and a example is enumerated. This kind of method is simple,the in keeping with engineering calculation.
