电能质量数据质量对综合评估结果的影响分析

电能质量的综合评估建立在大量电能质量监测数据的基础上,监测数据的质量将直接影响综合评估结果。针对目前电能质量综合评估过程中未考虑数据质量的问题,首先,全面分析了当前电能质量监测系统中原始数据存在的典型数据质量问题,并根据电能质量数据特点提出相应的数据修复方法;其次,对不同数据质量问题可能对综合评估结果造成影响的过程进行理论分析,特别是对缺失数据进行量化评估的问题,引入符号数据处理方法实现完整计算;最后以南方电网某地区电能质量监测数据为实例对数据质量对电能质量综合评估的影响进行计算分析。结果表明:数据质量的好坏程度会对评估结果产生程度不一的影响。

Influence of Power Quality Data Quality on Comprehensive Evaluation Results

The comprehensive evaluation of power quality is based on a large number of power quality monitoring data, and the quality of monitoring data will directly affect the evaluation results. Aiming at the problem that data quality is not considered in the power quality comprehensive evaluation process, firstly, the typical data quality problems existing in the current power quality monitoring system are comprehensively analyzed, and the corresponding data repair methods are proposed according to the characteristics of power quality data. Secondly, the theoretical analysis of the process in which different data quality issues may affect the comprehensive evaluation results, especially the quantitative evaluation of missing data, introduces symbolic data processing methods to achieve complete calculations. Finally, the power quality monitoring data in a certain area of China Southern Power Grid is used as an example to calculate and analyze the influence of data quality on the comprehensive evaluation of power quality. The results show that the data quality will have varying degrees of impact on the evaluation results.
