陕甘宁地区交通可达性与城市活力协同发展研究

摘    要:随着城市化进程的不断推进,交通与城市的关系成为了未来区域发展的方向。陕甘宁地区位置特殊, 由29个城市作为研究对象构建多指标体系,以熵值法和变异系数法赋予指标权重,通过耦合协调模型对各城市交通可达性与城市活力协同发展进行综合评价,最后用运Arcgis软件绘制各个城市交通可达性、城市活力以及两者耦合协调程度的分布图。结果表明:(1)陕甘宁地区交通可达性公路系统比铁路系统更具优势。(2)陕甘宁地区城市活力呈现以西安为中心,兰州为副中心的分布格局,区域整体活力较弱,特别是以酒泉、嘉峪关为主的河西地区,受制于地形限制距离中心城市均较远。(3)在公路和铁路视角下,陕甘宁地区交通可达性与城市综合活力耦合协调处于濒临失调阶段,区域整体协调结果极端化分布。最后,根据以上分析结果试提出了相应的发展建议。

Abstract:With the continuous advancement of urbanization, the relationship between transportation and cities has become the direction of future regional development. Shanxi Gansu Ningxia region is located in a special place. A multi index system is built by 29 cities as the research object. The index weights are given by entropy method and coefficient of variation method. The coordinated development of urban traffic reachability and urban vitality is comprehensively evaluated through the coupling coordination model. Finally, the distribution map of urban traffic reachability, urban vitality and the degree of coupling coordination of the two is drawn by using Arcgis software. The results show that: (1) The traffic reachability highway system in Shanxi Gansu Ningxia region has more advantages than the railway system. (2) The urban vitality in the Shanxi Gansu Ningxia region presents a distribution pattern with Xi''an as the center and Lanzhou as the sub center. The overall vitality of the region is relatively weak, especially in the Hexi region, which is mainly composed of Jiuquan and Jiayuguan. Due to terrain limitations, the distance from the central city is relatively far. (3) From the perspective of highway and railway, the coupling coordination between reachability of transportation and comprehensive vitality of cities in Shanxi Gansu Ningxia region is on the verge of imbalance, and the overall regional coordination results are extremely distributed. Finally, based on the above analysis results, corresponding development suggestions were proposed.
