钢渣粉固化淤泥质水泥土强度特性试验研究

摘    要:采用电子探针、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等研究方法,分析了钢渣粉的化学成分、矿物组成及微观结构,结果表明钢渣粉具有胶凝潜力。把钢渣粉作为淤泥质水泥土的外掺剂,制备钢渣粉淤泥质水泥土试块,通过无侧限抗压强度试验研究钢渣粉掺入比对淤泥质水泥土无侧限抗压强度的影响。试验发现在水泥掺量和龄期相同的条件下,随着钢渣粉掺量的增加,水泥土试块的无侧限抗压强度先增后降,当控制好钢渣粉掺量时,可以有效提高淤泥质水泥土的强度。最后,在结合试验数据的基础上,从理论上分析了水泥和钢渣粉加固淤泥质土的作用机理,为钢渣粉在水泥土中的应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The chemical composition, mineral constituent, and microstructure of steel slag powder were investigated by EPMA, XRD, SEM test, respectively. The results indicated steel slag powder has the potential of cementitious performance. The steel slag powder was used as the additive of mucky cement soil, and the mucky cement soil blocks were prepared. The influence of steel slag powder content on the unconfined compression strength of mucky cement soil was studied by the unconfined compression strength test. The result showed that under the same cement content and age, with the increase of steel slag powder content, the unconfined compression strength cement soil blocks increased first, and then decreased. The strength of the mucky cement block can be effectively increased under an appropriate steel slag powder content. Lastly, combined with the test data, it theoretically analyzes the functional mechanism of cement and steel slag powder for mucky soil reinforcement, providing the test and theoretical basis for the application of steel slag powder in cement soil.
