摘    要:高压管道中阀门的关闭会产生水击压力,水击压力过大会破坏管道系统,造成严重的安全事故。提出一种多重阀门关闭降低水击的新方法。为了得到管道内水击压力,采用CFD软件仿真进行计算。多重阀门关闭方法相较于一般的单个阀门关闭,有效地降低了管道中产生的水击压力;并通过试验验证了多重阀关闭方法的有效性。在此基础上完成了双阀门关闭模型的各参数影响水击压力数值的模拟仿真计算,得到上游阀门开度、阀门关闭速度、两阀门间距对水击压力的影响规律。通过对比三阀门关闭模型的水击压力模拟仿真计算,得到双阀门是最优选择的结论。研究结果提出了一种降低高压管道中的水击压力的新方法,对高压管道的安全输送有重要意义。

Abstract:In high pressure pipeline, the water hammer will be produced when the valve closes. If the water hammer is too large, it will destroy the pipeline system and cause serious safety accidents. This paper provides a new method of multi-valve closed model to reduce the water hammer. Using simulation of CFD software to calculate water hammer of the model. Compared to the single-valve closed model, the multi-valve closed model effectively reduces the water hammer pressure in the pipelines. The correctness of the modelShasSbeen validated by the field text. ThenSonStheSbaseSofSthese, Using the simulation of CFD to calculate the influence on the water hammer pressure of each parameters are accomplished. The simulation obtains the regular that the water hammer pressure is influenced by the openness of upstream valve, valve closing speed and the distance between two valves. Contrasting the simulation of the triple-valves model with the double-valves model, it gives conclusion that the double-valves model is the best choice to decrease the water hammer. The results of the study provide a new method to reduce the water hammer pressure in high pressure pipeline and it has great significance for the safe transportation of the high pressure pipeline.
