悬臂梁双压电振动能量采集器发电性能研究

摘    要:为了收集环境中的振动能量,实现无线传感器网络节点等低能耗器件的自供电,针对电动机的机械振动,设计了一种可采集电动机振动能量的压电振动能量采集器。研究了电动机转速、负载阻值和悬臂梁自由端固定不同质量永磁铁块对压电振动能量采集器输出电压和输出功率的影响。实验结果表明,负载上电压随着负载阻值的增大而增大;输出功率不随负载阻值和所加永磁铁质量的增大,而是存在一个最优负载和一个最佳质量的永磁铁,当电动机的振动频率等于悬臂梁双压电振子的固有频率时,输出功率达到最大,并与理论计算值接近。

Abstract:In order to collect mechanical vibration energy from environment and realized self -powering for low -power sensors,according to the mechanical vibration of motor, a piezoelectric vibration energy harvester collecting motor vibration energy is proposed. The effects regular pattern of the motor speed and Free end of cantilever beam with different quality permanent magnet bar on the output voltage and output power of the piezoelectric vibration energy harvester are investigated. Experiments shows, the output power doesn"t increase with load and mass of magnet turn heavier. There is an optimal load and an optimum quality of the permanent magnet, when the cantilever piezoelectric vibrator is in resonance frequency, output power will reach maximum, but output voltage increases with the increase of load, approximation and theoretical calculation.
