摘    要:摘要:选用新乡市不同功能区的混合土壤作为试样,通过调节pH和腐植酸(HA)含量,并采用Tessier五步连续萃取法,研究了pH和腐植酸对土壤中重金属Cd、Ni和Zn形态和生物活性的影响。结果表明:1)pH和腐植酸对土壤中Cd、Ni和Zn三种元素不同形态的影响各不相同;2)当pH=4~7时,土壤中Cd、Ni、Zn的生物活性都随着pH的上升而下降;当pH=7~9时,Cd和Zn的生物活性都随着pH的上升而上升,Ni的基本不变。随着腐植酸投加量的增多,土壤中Cd、Ni、Zn的生物活性都现现出下降趋势。

Abstract:Abstract: We Choose Xinxiang different functional areas of the mixed soil as a sample, through to adjust pH and humic acid (HA) content, and use the Tessier five steps of continuous extraction method to study the pH and humic acid on the soil heavy metals in cadmium, nickel and zinc form and the influence of the biological activity. The results show that: 1) to the soil pH and humic acid, cadmium, nickel and zinc three elements of different forms of influence are not identical; 2) when the pH varies from 4 to7, cadmium, nickel and zinc biological activity of the soil fall as the pH rising. When the pH varies from7 to 9, cadmium and zinc of the biological activity rise as the pH of the rising, nickel basically unchanged. As humic acid dosing quantity increasing, cadmium, nickel and zinc biological activity of soil show downtrend.
