摘    要:摘要:成庄矿 4308工作面开采的3#厚煤层,采用的是放顶煤采煤方法,工作面产尘量较大,不仅严重危害职工身心健康,加快机械磨损;同时工作面瓦斯含量较高,加之煤尘的掺入,降低了瓦斯爆炸下限,增加了瓦斯爆炸的危险性。利用瓦斯抽放孔进行动压注水防尘,实现抽放孔的一孔多用,在煤尘防治、改善工作面工作环境方面取得了明显效果。本文通过对4308工作面抽放孔进行的脉冲动压注水试验研究,对煤层注水工艺参数、封孔方法及注水效果进行了考察分析。实践结果证明:本文论述的钻孔布置方式、注水工艺及设备能够满足现场注水的需要,取得了较好的润湿及降尘效果。

Abstract:Abstract: 4308 face in Chengzhuang mining of thick seam in 3#, used in the top-coal caving mining method, and face large amount of dust, not only seriously endangers the mental and physical health of workers to speed up mechanical wear and high gas content, coupled with mixed with coal dust, reducing the gas lower explosion limit, increase the risk of a gas explosion. Dynamic pressure water infusion using gas drainage hole dust-proof and realization of drainage holes, dust control, improving the work environment has achieved obvious results in fully mechanized face. This article by pulse on a 4308 face drainage holes experimental study on dynamic pressure water injection, on coal seam water injection effect parameters, methods of sealing and water analysis. Practice turns: this article discusses the drilling arrangement, water technology and equipment to meet the needs of field water injection, made good wetting and dust effect.
