摘    要:针对现阶段塔台管制模拟系统缺少智能评价及反馈功能的现状,提出了基于电子进程单操作触发的风险提示告警机制。通过结合空管规则提炼出管制过程中的关键节点,研究告警机制的智能判断流程,建立了其静态和动态模型,修改并扩充了相应的数据库内容。实践结果表明,该机制有助于及时反馈管制过程中的错误和遗漏,进一步完善了塔台模拟机的系统功能。

Abstract:Focusing on the present status of the absence in feedback functions and intelligent evaluation of the tower control simulator system, this paper proposed the risk alert mechanism based on the digital flight strip operation, and through the key joints abstracted from the control process involving the air traffic control rules, it studies the intelligent judgment process in alert mechanism, establishing the static and dynamic models, modifying and extending the relative data base. As is shown in the results, the functions benefit for feeding back the errors and omissions of control process in time, and further improved the systematic function of tower control simulator.
