轮毂电机电动汽车轮内悬置系统设计与优化

摘    要:为了改善轮毂电机驱动电动汽车簧下质量变大导致的垂向振动负效应问题,优化汽车的平顺性,以自主研发的可实现四轮独立驱动的轮毂电机电动汽车为实验对象,设计了一种可安装于电动轮内的轮毂电机悬置系统。提出在电动轮内的特定位置加装橡胶衬套的悬置系统方案,使轮毂电机的定子和转子与簧下质量实现弹性隔离。建立具备电动轮内悬置系统的整车动力学模型,利用遗传算法对橡胶衬套的刚度和阻尼值进行优化,并通过与无轮内悬置系统的传统轮毂电机驱动汽车垂向振动特性对比分析,对此套悬置系统的应用性及有效性进行验证。研究结果表明:轮毂电机电动汽车电动轮内安装悬置系统对车辆的平顺性有一定程度上的改善,尤其是对车身加速度的改善比较明显。

Abstract:In order to improve the negative effects of vertical vibration caused by the increscent unsprung mass of hub motor drive electric vehicle, and to optimize the vehicle ride comfort, the in-wheel motor suspension system is designed based on the self-developed hub motor drive electric vehicle that can realize four-wheel independent driving. A set of rubber bushing are selected as in-wheel motor suspension system component. They are installed at specific positions so that the motor stator and rotor can be elastically isolated from the unsprung mass. Then the vehicle dynamic model including the rubber bushing of in-wheel motor suspension system is established, and the stiffness and damping value are optimized based on the genetic algorithm. Through compare the vertical vibration characteristics between traditional hub motor drive electric vehicle with proposed hub motor drive electric vehicle including in-wheel suspension system, its effectiveness is analyzed and verified. The research results show that the in-wheel suspension system of hub motor drive electric vehicle can improve the vehicle ride comfort, especially the body acceleration.
