摘    要:针对五相永磁同步电机低速运行时,逆变器会输出不连续电流,产生转矩脉动;电机高速运行时,产生大量定子谐波电流,转速跟随能力和转矩平稳性受到影响。为保证五相永磁同步电机在全速域的快速平滑切换。本文提出了改进指数趋近律的五相永磁同步电机滑模控制策略。首先针对滑模控制中存在的抖振问题,提出改进指数趋近律,并将新型趋近律应用于一种非线性系统,最后通过仿真验证:稳态时,系统转速脉动小,静态误差低,系统反应迅速,响应时间短,提高了系统的鲁棒性。

Abstract:In order to improve the performance and robustness of the speed-regulating system of five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, a sliding mode control strategy of five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor with improved exponential reaching law was proposed to solve the problem of slow reaching rate of the traditional exponential reaching law.Aiming at the chattering problem in sliding mode control, an improved exponential reaching law is proposed.An improved exponential reaching law sliding mode control strategy was adopted to improve the robustness and speed response of the motor, and a speed controller was designed based on the improved exponential reaching law to accurately control the speed of the 5-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor.Finally, the experiment and numerical analysis show that: in the steady state, the system speed pulsation is small, the static error is low, the system response is rapid, the response time is short, and the rapid response ability is improved.
