摘    要:布拉格光纤光栅传感器(FBG)最重要的应用之一是在结构表面进行应变测量。为研究变压器绕组在短路冲击过程中的绕组受力情况,本文通过COMSOL软件建立试验变压器的短路冲击有限元模型,仿真得到理论电磁力,通过公式计算得到理论应变;进行了110kV真型变压器短路冲击试验,利用FBG传感器对绕组状态进行监测,观察其中心波长变化量,并通过光-力理论转换方程计算得到实际应变。将实际应变、理论应变进行对比分析,发现误差在5%以内,验证了可采用布拉格光纤传感法用于变压器绕组短路冲击应变检测的可行性和准确性。通过本次研究表明FBG传感器测量精准,可以通过这种方法对变压器绕组变形进行测量,具有较大的实际工程意义。

Abstract:One of the most important applications of Fiber Bragg Grating sensors (FBG) is strain measurement on structural surfaces. In order to study the stress of transformer windings in the process of short-circuit impact, COMSOL was used to establish the short-circuit impact finite element model of the test transformer, the theoretical electromagnetic force and the theoretical strain are obtained by simulation and formula calculation respectively. The short-circuit impact test of 110kV true transformer was carried out, and the winding state was monitored by FBG sensor to observe the variation of its central wavelength, and the actual strain was calculated by the photo-force theory conversion equation. The actual strain and theoretical strain are compared and analyzed, and the error is found to be within 5%, which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of using Bragg fiber sensing method to detect short-circuit impact strain of transformer winding. This study shows that the FBG sensor can measure the trans-former winding deformation accurately, which has great practical engineering significance.
