真空脉冲渗氮油管的性能研究

摘    要:针对采油过程中油管普遍存在的腐蚀、偏磨问题, 利用真空脉冲渗氮技术,对J55油管钢进行了渗氮处理.室内试验和现场应用表明,渗氮后的油管表面硬度、耐磨性能、耐腐蚀性能及上、卸扣性能均有显著提高,真空脉冲渗氮技术能较好地解决油井介质腐蚀油管问题,是一种可以推广的节能、环保型热处理新技术.

Abstract:Based on the problems of oil pipes in the process of widespread corrosion and deviation wearing,vacuum pulse nitriding technology is used on J55 oil pipe steel for the nitriding treatment.Laboratory and field applications show that the surface hardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,shackle performance of nitriding pipes are significantly improved,vacuum pulse nitriding technology had solved medium oil pipes corrosion problems,is a new exploited,energy-saving,environmental protection surface chemistry...
