摘    要:为了降低海上油田压裂成本,开发研究了能够用海水、淡水或地层水配制的海水基清洁压裂液体系PA-VES90,并且实现了主剂PA-1和激活剂PA-JX1的工业化生产.室内评价结果表明:PA-VES90压裂液在90℃,170s-1下剪切1.5h,其黏度在40mPa·s以上,满足现场携砂要求.体系破胶简单彻底,利用2%的原油和柴油作为破胶剂,在2.5h完全破胶.破胶液具有较低表面张力,容易返排.体系对岩芯基质渗透率损害率和动态滤失渗透率损害率小于10%.用现场水样配制的清洁压裂液体系无沉淀、无絮凝,与地层流体配伍性良好.

Abstract:In order to reduce the fracturing cost of offshore oil field,developed and researched seawater-based clean fracturing fluid PA—VES90 which prepared with sea water,fresh water or formation water,and achieved industrial production of main agent PA—1 and activator PA—JX1.Evaluation results show that: PA—VES90 fracturing fluid shearing 1.5 h at 90 ℃,170 s-1,the viscosity in the 40 mPa·s above,proppant carrying capacity meets the requirements of the scene construction requirements.And the system gel was breaking simply and completely,using 2% crude oil or diesel as gel breaker,completely broken in 2.5 h,and breaking agent has a low surface tension,easy to flow back.The injury rate is less than 10%.Prepared clean fracturing fluid with field water,which is no precipitation and flocculation,compatibility with formation fluid is good.
